Did you spot a pair you love but can’t find your size anymore?
No worries, several solutions exist to help you get your hands on the right pair.

👟 Your size is temporarily unavailable

Sometimes, certain sizes sell out faster than others. If yours no longer appears at checkout, just write to us directly.

• We can check if a restock is planned.
  

• If so, we’ll offer you the option to reserve the pair via a secure payment link.
  

• You’ll then receive an estimated delivery date, so you’ll know when your shoes will arrive.
  
  

💡 Example: you’re looking for a size 42, but it’s no longer displayed. Contact us and, if a new production is on the way, we’ll reserve a pair especially for you.

🚫 The model is out of stock in all sizes

If the pair doesn’t appear in any size, it’s probably sold out. But don’t worry:

• Write to us to find out if a new production is scheduled.
  

• If the pair appears in the Outlet category, that usually means it won’t be reproduced.
  

• Good news though: a similar model might be in the works, and we can point you toward upcoming releases.
