We’re always a little sad to see you go 💔, but we fully respect your decision. Here’s how to request the deletion of your account.



✉️ Making the request

Contact us from the email address associated with your account, specifying that you want to delete your account.
Please include in your message:

  • your full name,

  • and any useful information to identify your account (for example, your most recent order number).



✅ Processing your request

Once we receive your message, our team will proceed with deleting your account and personal data.

This process is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion has been completed.



✨ Good to know

Deleting your account will result in losing access to your order history and invoices.

If you change your mind later, you can always create a new account using the same email address.

💡 Tip: Before deleting your account, consider downloading your invoices if you need them for your records.
