I feel like one of the shoes is smaller than the other, what should I do?Updated 4 months ago

It can sometimes happen that one shoe feels a bit tighter than the other. In fact, our bodies are not 100% symmetrical, and one foot may be slightly larger or stronger than the other.

Steps to follow:

  1. Make sure to try your pair indoors for a few minutes. Check that the size is the same on both shoes.

  2. Did you order your usual size?

  3. Insert shoe trees or crumpled newspaper into the shoe that is causing discomfort. This will help stretch the leather and reduce the tightness.

  4. If this tip doesn’t work for your pair, you can use our return form to exchange them for a larger size.
