We're sorry to hear you're having problems with your promo code! Here's how to use it correctly:

👉 On computer: After validating your basket, you'll find the “Promo code” field on the right-hand side of the screen.
👉 On mobile: After validating your basket, click on “Show order summary” at the top of the screen to reveal the “Promo code” field.
👉 Enter your code: Insert your promo code or gift card code in this field.
👉 Apply the code: Click on the arrow to the right of the field to apply it to your order.

Important note:

👉 Promo codes cannot be added together. If you add a new coupon code, it will automatically replace the previous one.
👉 You can combine a coupon code with a gift card.
👉 You don't need to enter any personal information to see the “Promo code” field.
