It seems that you have placed an order and been charged twice. Here are the steps you need to take to verify and resolve this situation:

👉 Check your customer account: Be sure to check if you have one or more open orders in your customer area. This could explain the double debit.

👉 Check your bank statements: Check your statements to see if the double debit is confirmed or if it's just a pre-authorization. In the event of a failed payment, a temporary imprint may appear on your account for 48 hours before automatically disappearing.

👉 If the double debit is confirmed: If the double debit persists after 48 hours, contact us and provide us with a screenshot of your bank statements. We will investigate and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
