My order is delayed: what should I do?Updated 22 days ago

Are you waiting for your order, but it’s taking longer than expected to arrive? Don’t worry, here’s what happens on the CAVAL side.



🕵️‍♂️ 1. We investigate for you

As soon as you let us know about a delivery delay, here’s what we do:

  • We check the status of your parcel using the tracking link, which you also have in your email.

  • If the situation is stuck, we immediately contact our logistics partner to start an investigation.

  • The carrier’s average response time is 3 business days. In the meantime, we stay on alert.



💌 2. We keep you informed at every step

We don’t leave your message unanswered:

  • You will receive an initial response within 3 business days.

  • If the investigation takes longer, we update you every 2–3 days.

  • We already discuss possible solutions (such as reshipping) so you don’t have to wait unnecessarily.

Every situation is personally monitored by our team. We’re committed to giving you the best solution as quickly as possible, with precise and human follow-up.
We’ll always tell you when we’ll get back to you, and we will.
