Sometimes you may want to switch from your initial choice (e.g., from pick-up point to home delivery, or opt for express). Here’s what you need to know.

🔎 Check your order status

If your order has already been prepared or shipped, unfortunately it won’t be possible to change the delivery method.
If your order is still being prepared, write to us at [email protected] : we’ll check together if a change is possible.

💰 Possible fees

Changing your delivery method may result in an adjustment of fees.
Example:
You initially chose pick-up point delivery (free from €100 purchase) and wish to switch to home delivery (€6.90) or express (€12.90). In that case, the difference will be applied.

✨ Good to know

The modification is only possible before your order is shipped.
Delivery times will be recalculated according to the new method chosen.

💡 Tip: If you’re still hesitating when placing your order, choose the most convenient method first. In case of doubt, pick-up point delivery is often the most flexible solution.
