Check the status of your order

If your order is already in progress, it will no longer be possible to change your delivery method.
If your order has not yet been prepared, you can contact us to ask us to make the changes.

If a change of delivery method is possible

Changing your delivery method may result in additional charges. For example, if you had opted for delivery to a collection point (free of charge) and now wish to switch to home delivery (€6.90) or express delivery (€12.90), these charges will apply.
