Can I change or cancel my order?
You’ve just confirmed your order (or pre-order) and… oops 😅 you realize some information is incorrect?
Don’t worry, sometimes it can be fixed. But you have to be quick: our logistics team is super fast, and your orders go into preparation in just a few hours.
⏱ In the first few hours after your order
If your order hasn’t yet entered preparation, we can step in to:
Modify a delivery address (e.g.: street number, street name, postal code, or city).
Correct an email address (so you receive your confirmations and tracking).
Change the shoe size or model if you had a last-minute change of heart.
📌 Good to know:
- We cannot change the selected pickup point once the order is confirmed.
Changes must be sent to us as quickly as possible after your purchase, ideally within the hour.
🚚 When the order is already prepared or shipped
If your order has entered preparation or has already been shipped, it’s no longer possible to change or cancel it. But don’t worry: once you receive it, you can use our return form to exchange it for another product or request a refund if you no longer want the item.
📌 Special case, unable to pick up your pair:
If the selected pickup point is incorrect, or if it doesn’t have the necessary information to hand you your pair, the package will automatically be returned to our warehouse.
In this case:
We check the condition of the pair upon arrival.
We put it back in stock.
We process your refund.
You can then place a new order if you wish.

📝 The most common change requests
Here are the situations we’re contacted about most often:
Incorrect email address → we fix it so we can resend your confirmations.
Incorrect or incomplete postal address → we adjust the info to avoid any return from the carrier.
Wrong size or wrong model → we can fix it as long as the order isn’t in preparation.
✅ The checklist before the final click
To avoid last-minute stress, make sure to check:
Your details: full name, complete address without typos.
Your email address: essential to receive tracking.
The selected size and model: take a second to double-check.
Your delivery method: home delivery, pickup point… depending on your preference. If the pickup point is not selected from the list, one will be automatically chosen for you.
