It is absolutely possible to return an item paid with a gift card by using our return form.

• Exchange: If you wish to exchange your item (for example, for a different size), the payment method has no impact on the exchange. You can proceed with the exchange just like any other payment method.

• Return: If you prefer to return the item without an exchange, a store credit equivalent to the gift card amount will be sent to you by email.
