How can I check my order status?Updated 2 months ago

You’ve just placed an order and want to know where your package is? Don’t worry, several simple tools are available to help you track every step.



👤 From your customer account

By logging into your personal space on caval.fr, you can view the history of all your orders:

  • preparation status,

  • real-time tracking once the order has shipped.

👉 Forgot your password? No problem, a reset link lets you create a new one in just a few seconds.
👉 Don’t have an account yet? You can create one using the same e-mail address you used for your purchase, and your orders will automatically appear there.



As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. This includes a “Track your package” link that takes you directly to the carrier’s website. You can then follow your parcel’s journey in real time, step by step.

💡 Good to know: if your order shows the status “Your order is confirmed,” it means it’s still being prepared and hasn’t left our warehouse yet.



✨ Extra tip

Don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder, as our e-mails can sometimes end up there. And to save time, you can even add the carrier’s shipping address to your favorites: a real time-saver for tracking your order!
