Here's how to check the status of your order:
1. Access your caval.fr account. In your personal area, you can view all your orders and track their status with a single click.

2. Delivery tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to track your package. Click on âTrack your packageâ to be redirected to the carrier's website and follow the delivery in real time.
If your order appears as âYour order is confirmedâ, this means that it is being prepared and has not yet left our warehouse.
