Mistakes can happen when entering your address or phone number 📝. Don’t worry, here’s what you can do depending on the status of your order.

📦 If your order hasn’t been shipped yet

Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected], providing:

• your order number,
  

• your current registered contact details,
  

• the new details to apply (address, phone number, etc.).
  
  

👉 Our team will make the necessary updates before shipment.

🚚 If your order has already been shipped

Once the package is with the carrier, unfortunately, we can no longer update your details directly.
However, you can:

• check via your tracking link if the carrier offers an address change,
  

• inform us if you need further assistance.
