Pick-up point delivery is free, regardless of your order amount.
The average delivery time is 48 to 72 business hours.
With more than 10,000 pick-up points available, there’s bound to be one near you!

📍 How to select your pick-up point?

You’ll choose your pick-up point during checkout, just before confirming your order:

• In the “Shipping method” step, select “Pick-up point delivery.”
  

• Then click on the “Choose a pick-up point” button. A list of available points near your address will appear.
  

• Confirm the one that suits you best (near your home, your workplace, or on your commute).
  

⚠️ If you don’t select a pick-up point, the carrier will automatically assign one, usually the closest to your address.

✨ Good to know

• You’ll receive a notification as soon as your package arrives at the chosen pick-up point.
  

• The pick-up deadline is generally 7 days: don’t forget to collect your order within this time to avoid a return to sender.
  

• If a pick-up point is saturated (e.g., during the holiday season), the carrier may redirect your package to a nearby point.
  

💡 Tip: Choose a pick-up point that’s open late in the evening or on weekends if you have a busy schedule. This helps you avoid missing the collection deadline.
