šĀ Automatic rescheduling
Some carriers automatically reschedule a new delivery attempt if you are absent.
In some cases, your package may be dropped off directly at a nearby pick-up point, where you can collect it later.

Ā If the courier was unable to deliver, a notice will be left. It will indicate:
the date of the next delivery attempt,
or where the package was left (neighbor, safe place, pick-up point).

Depending on the carrier, you may authorize delivery in advance to a neighbor or a safe place (e.g., in front of your door). Conditions vary depending on the carrier.

If your package is redirected to a pick-up point, you will generally have 7 to 14 days to collect it.
