š How to choose your pick-up point?
Youāll select your pick-up point when placing your order, just before confirmation:
Choose āPick-up point deliveryā as your shipping method.
Click āChoose a pick-up pointā to display the list of available locations near your address.
Select the one that suits you best (close to home, your office, or along your commute).
ā ļø If you donāt select a pick-up point, the carrier will automatically assign one, usually the closest to your address.
š¤ Why choose pick-up point delivery?
You donāt need to be at home for delivery.
You can collect your package during the pick-up pointās opening hours, which are often more flexible than home delivery.
Itās an ideal solution if you have a busy schedule or upcoming travel.
šŖŖ Collecting your package
To collect your order:
Present a valid ID at the chosen pick-up point.
In some cases, you may also need your tracking number or a notification of availability.
The package is available for a limited period (generally 7 business days, sometimes up to 14 depending on the carrier). This period cannot be extended by CAVALās team. However, you may ask the pick-up point manager to hold your package if possible.
š”Ā Tip:Ā Choose a pick-up point that stays open late in the evening or on weekends if you have limited availability during the week. This saves you from rushing to collect your package on time.
