When you return or exchange an item, the refund will be processed to the payment method you used during your purchase.

• PayPal: The refund will be visible directly in your PayPal account.
• Alma (3 installment payment plan): If you used this option, the refunds will be automatically adjusted based on the remaining installments.

The processing of a return or exchange takes an average of 7 days after we receive your package. Once your return is approved, the refund will appear on your account within 3 to 10 business days, depending on the payment method used.
