You can return an item within 30 days from the delivery date.
Condition of Returned Products
We only accept pairs in their original condition and packaging.
Tip: Try your shoes indoors and take a few steps to check the size and style.
Return Procedure

- Receive your label:
- For France and Europe: A prepaid label will be sent to you immediately by email.
- Outside Europe: You will receive instructions for the return process. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility for shipments outside Europe. We will provide all the necessary information to ensure you can return your products under the best conditions.
Processing Your Request
- For an exchange: You will receive a gift code for the value of the returned products to place a new order.
- For a refund: We will process the refund to your original payment method.
Important Details
- Promo codes: If you used a promo code on your initial order, it will still apply for your exchange at no additional cost.
- Processing times: Exchanges are generally processed within 14 to 20 days from the date we receive your package.
- Refund timelines: Refunds are issued upon receipt of your return and will appear in your bank account within 3 to 10 days.
