I couldn't choose my pick-up point / what is my pick-up point?Updated 15 days ago
No worries, it happens! Even if you didn’t select your own pick-up point, here’s how it works and what can be done.
📍 When do you choose your pick-up point?
The pick-up point is selected when placing your order, during the “Delivery method” step:
You select “Pick-up Point Delivery.”
Then you click on “Choose a pick-up point” to display the available options and confirm the one that suits you best.
This choice is made just before finalizing your order.
❓ Why couldn’t I choose a pick-up point?
Two situations may explain this:
You may not have noticed the option: in this case, the system automatically assigns a pick-up point, usually the one closest to your address, so that your order isn’t blocked.
A technical issue occurred (slow connection, option not displaying properly, etc.): rare, but possible. In this case, don’t worry — we always check with you to see what can be done to fix the situation.
🔄 Can I change my pick-up point?
As long as your order has not yet been prepared or shipped, it is sometimes possible to change the chosen point. Write to us quickly at [email protected] and we’ll check together.
Please note: our logistics team is very fast — sometimes an order goes into preparation just minutes after being placed. But if a change is still possible, we’ll always be happy to make it.
🚫 And if the pick-up point can’t be changed?
Once the order has been prepared or shipped, we can no longer intercept the package or modify the assigned point.
👉 If the chosen pick-up point is really too inconvenient for you (too far, closed, under renovation…), you’ll need to wait for the package to return to our logistics team. We can then reship it to another pick-up point that suits you better.
