If you have chosen delivery to a Mondial Relay point relais and have not received the PIN code needed to collect your parcel, here are the steps to follow:
Step 1: Download the Mondial Relay application
Mondial Relay provides an application to retrieve this code. You can download it here: https://www.mondialrelay.fr/faq/recevoir-un-colis/je-nai-pas-recu-mon-code-de-retrait.
Step 2: Log in
Log in to the application with the e-mail address you used to place your order.
Step 3: Check your code
Once logged in, you should be able to view your PIN code directly in the application.
What if I can't download the application?
If you're unable to download the application, a friend or family member can do it for you by logging in with your details (e-mail address used to place the order).
Why can't we retrieve the code for you?
For reasons of confidentiality and security, Mondial Relay does not allow third parties, including us, to access your PIN code.
