RETURN LABEL NOT RECEIVED
- First, check your spam or junk email folders.
- If you still can’t find it, contact us to request a new label.
MISSING PACKING SLIP
- The packing slip is essential for your return to be accepted.
- If you have lost it, contact us immediately, and we will send you a copy.
NO UPDATE ON MY RETURN
- Check the status of your package using the tracking code on the return label.
- If the package shows as “received”:
- Please note that we carry out a thorough inspection of returns every Friday.
- Your return will likely be processed during this weekly review.
