Here is everything you need to know to organize a return or exchange with CAVAL.
General Conditions:
- Returns and exchanges are free across Europe.
- You have 30 days after receiving your order to return your products.
Condition of Returned Products:
- Returned products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging.
- Tip: Try on your shoes indoors to check the size and style without damaging the soles.
Return Procedure:
- Fill out the return form: Click here to access the form.
- Receive your return label:
- For Metropolitan France and Europe: You will receive a prepaid return label immediately.
- Outside Europe or outside Metropolitan France: We will send you the return instructions, which may include return fees at your expense outside the EU.
- Packing slip: You must include the packing slip in the package for your return to be accepted. If you have lost it, contact us, and we will resend it to you.
Processing Your Request:
- For an exchange: If you are exchanging a product, the credit you receive will be based on the original price of the item, even if it was purchased on sale.
- For a refund: We will process the refund via the payment method used during the initial purchase.
Important Details:
- Promo codes: If you used a promo code during your purchase, it will still apply for the exchange at no additional cost.
- Refund timelines: Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned package and will appear in your bank account within 3 to 10 days.
