✨ What is a pre-order?

A pre-order means reserving your pair before it has even been made or officially released.
For us, it’s not just about logistics: it’s also a way to support more responsible fashion by producing only what is needed.

🌱 A responsible pre-order with CAVAL

When we launch a new model or prepare a restock in our workshops in Portugal, we favor pre-orders to:

• Produce only the necessary quantities and avoid unnecessary surplus.
  

• Optimize resource use in a thoughtful, sustainable way.
  

⚙️ How does it work?

Made-to-order production
Quantities are set based on orders received, which reduces unused stock.

Delivery date provided
The estimated date is shown directly on the product page so you can plan ahead.

Transparent tracking

• You’ll receive a confirmation email, then a specific pre-order email with the planned shipping date.
  

• As soon as your pair leaves our warehouse, you’ll get your tracking link.
  
  

In case of delay
If production takes a little longer than expected, we’ll notify you immediately by email.

⏳ A small note of caution

The pre-order principle means your pair is still in production.
Even though we do everything we can to meet the announced date, unexpected events can occur. For example, a temporary break in the supply chain.
We’ll let you know if the date changes, and if the email gets lost in the void, we’re always available at [email protected]
