When we launch a new product or plan a restocking in our workshops in Portugal, we opt for the pre-order system. This allows us to :

How does it work?

👉 Reasoned production on demand: Quantities are determined according to your orders, reducing unnecessary stocks.
👉 Specified delivery date: The expected delivery date is indicated on the product page, allowing you to anticipate your purchase while participating in sustainable production.
👉 Transparent tracking:
        - After your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail and a pre-order e-mail with the delivery date.
        - A tracking link will be sent to you as soon as your product leaves our warehouses.
    In case of delay: If a production delay occurs, we will inform you immediately by e-mail.
