You’ve fallen for a pre-order model and are waiting for delivery? No worries, here’s everything you need to know about how it works and the timeline, step by step.
📅 The expected date
When you place your order, an estimated shipping date is always specified:
on the product page at the time of purchase,
in the confirmation e-mail you receive right after your purchase.
⏳ Possible variations
The indicated date is an estimate, and sometimes it can be exceeded by a few days.
In that case, we usually send a collective e-mail to all customers concerned with the pre-ordered model to announce the new delivery timeframe.
👉 If your order is affected by a delay but you haven’t received any message from us, feel free to contact us directly: we’ll check the situation and give you a new estimate.
📦 Mixed order: pre-order + in-stock product
If your order contains both a pre-ordered item and an item that is immediately available, you can write to us to request a separate shipment of the in-stock product.
⚠️ Please note: once your order has been modified, it cannot be changed again. This means you will no longer be able to change the size or model of the pre-ordered item after this modification.
🚀 Shipping and tracking
As soon as your pre-order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive:
a confirmation e-mail,
a tracking link allowing you to follow your package in real time.
❓ What if delivery is delayed?
If the estimated date has passed and you haven’t received your shipping e-mail, please contact us directly. We’ll check the status of your order and provide you with a clear new estimate.
