Pre-ordering is a system that allows you to reserve a product before it is manufactured or officially available. At CAVAL, this model isn't just practical: it's also part of our eco-responsible approach to limiting surplus production.
You've pre-ordered a product on our website and it hasn't been delivered yet? Here's what you need to know:
👉 Estimated shipping date
The shipping date of your pre-order is indicated at the time of purchase, either on the product page or in your confirmation e-mail.
👉 Delivery date variations
The delivery date may vary by a few days, either early or late. If we anticipate a delay, we will send you an e-mail one week before the original delivery date to inform you of the new delivery slot.
👉 Orders containing products in stock
If your order includes an in-stock product, you can request immediate shipment by writing to us here.
👉 Shipping confirmation and tracking
As soon as your pre-order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail containing your tracking link so you can follow the status of your parcel in real time.
👉 What to do in case of delay
If the estimated shipping date has passed and you have not received a shipping confirmation e-mail, please contact us for a new estimate.
