We understand, it happens. Here’s how things work in this situation.

📅 The Basic Rule
Returns and exchanges are possible within 30 days after receiving your order.
After this deadline, the return form will no longer be accessible, and a message will inform you that the return window has passed.
🤝 But All Is Not Lost
Contact us directly at [email protected] depending on the purchase date, and if your pair is still in its original packaging and condition, we may be able to make an exception.
To verify the condition of your pair, simply send us photos of your shoes (top, bottom, soles…) and of the box to confirm they are unworn.
Once reviewed, we’ll let you know if a return or exchange is possible.
Requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
📌 Important: the pair must be in its original condition and packaging. Otherwise, we won't be able to process a return or exchange.

To avoid ending up past the deadline:
⏳ Try on your shoes as soon as you receive them indoors only, on a clean surface.
Take a few steps, make sure the size feels right… and head out in CAVAL with peace of mind!
