You’ve received your pair, but the size isn’t right? Or you’ve changed your mind? Don’t worry — here’s everything you need to know.

At CAVAL, returns and exchanges are free throughout Europe, and you have 30 days to make up your mind — under certain conditions, of course.



Before we dive into the possible return or exchange scenarios, let’s go over the main conditions. At CAVAL, you can handle a return or exchange completely on your own.


📦 Conditions to meet

  • Return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Shoes must not have been worn outside, and must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • The return must be made from the country of delivery.

💡 Tip: Try on your shoes indoors on a clean surface — just long enough to see if they fit!

If these conditions are not met, we won’t be able to take your CAVALs back.




✅ The Key Steps

STEP 1: Fill out the form

 → Choose between an exchange or a refund. It’s quick, we promise.

STEP 2: Receive your label
 → In Europe: it’s free, and sent to you via email.
 → Outside Europe: you’ll receive the appropriate instructions for your country.

STEP 3: Drop off your parcel
 → Follow the instructions on your label (post office, drop-off point, mailbox…).

STEP 4: Receive your new pair or your refund
 → Exchange: sent as soon as we receive your return (for preorders, your pair will arrive on the date mentioned at the time of purchase).
 → Refund: processed within 3 to 10 business days after receipt.
