You can track the progress of your return using the tracking number provided on the return label at the time of your request. Exchanges are generally processed within 7 to 10 days. Refunds are processed as soon as we receive your package, and will appear in your bank account within 3 to 10 days.

We process and check returns every Friday, so it's possible that your return will be processed on that date.
