Did you receive the items I returned?Updated a month ago

You’ve dropped off your parcel and you’re waiting for an exchange or a refund? That’s perfectly normal,  after sending something back, everyone wants to know where their parcel is, whether the exchange or refund has been processed, and most importantly… when to expect a reply.
Here’s how to track your return and when to reach out to us.

⏳ Typical Timeframes

  • Exchanges: usually shipped within 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.

  • Refunds: processed as soon as the return is received, and visible on your account within 3 to 10 business days.

📌 Important: Whether it's a refund, an exchange, or a reshipment (in case of error), we always wait for confirmation from our warehouse before proceeding.
 → This ensures reliable processing and helps prevent any mistakes.



🗓 When is my return processed?

Our team carries out quality checks on returns every Friday.
💡 This means your parcel might remain "pending processing" for a few days even after delivery.



🧠 What if it takes longer than expected?

If you’ve sent your return and haven’t heard back after 10 business days (for example: Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays), feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] .

We’ll look into it quickly to make sure you’re not waiting too long.


📦 Non‑EU returns: For items returned from outside the European Union, the processing time can take up to 14 business days. This extra time is due to customs procedures, which may delay delivery
