I would like to make an exchange but my size is no longer available: what should I do?Updated 4 months ago

If your size is out of stock, you have several options:

👉  Option 1: Request a refund and check future availability

Select the refund option in the returns form. If you would like to know whether the pair will be available again in your size, please contact us.
We'll let you know if a restocking is planned and, if so, we can provide you with a reservation link to ensure you get the pair as soon as it's back in stock.

👉 Option 2: Choose another pair

If the original pair will not be restocked in your size, you can opt for an exchange and select another pair from our collection.

👉  Option 3: Refund and place a new order

If you prefer, you can also opt for a refund and wait for a new pair in your size.
