No worries, there are several options available (and we’re here to help you pick the right one).

Option 1: Request a refund and wait for a restock

→ In the return form, select "Refund".

🕵️ Contact us at [email protected], we’ll let you know if a restock is planned.
 If so, we can send you a reservation link.

📌 This link lets you pre-order the pair in advance through a secure payment, so you won’t miss it when it’s back in stock.

⚠️ Heads-up: Some pairs won't be restocked, especially models from past collections or exclusive collaborations.

Option 2: Choose a different pair

→ If your original pair won’t come back in stock, you can exchange it for another pair available in your size.

→ You can simply request a refund and wait until your next favorite pair finds you.
