I don't have a return label: what should I do?Updated 4 months ago

Exchanges and returns are offered throughout Europe for 30 days after delivery.
If you have not received your return label, here are the steps to follow:

1. Fill in the returns form

To request an exchange or refund, simply fill in the form below.

2. Receive the return label

Once you have completed the form, you will receive a prepaid return label by e-mail within a few minutes. This label will enable you to drop off your parcel at a drop-off point (post office, partner retailer, left-luggage office).

3. Return label not received?

If you haven't received your label, here are a few steps to check:

👉 Check your spam folder: It's possible that the e-mail with the label is in your spam folder.
👉 Still no e-mail? Contact us directly and we'll send you the label within 24 hours.
