If you are in Europe and your country is among the destinations offering free returns, you will receive a prepaid return label to download at the end of the return process. The carrier, as well as the instructions for returning your package, will be clearly indicated on the label.

Example with Colissimo:

1. Download and print your label:
   The Colissimo return label allows you to send back your package without paying any postage fees.

2. Prepare your package:
   Cut the label along the dotted lines and affix it flat on your package. Use adhesive tape to secure it, ensuring not to cover any important information, such as barcodes.

3. Follow the instructions provided on the label:
   The carrier and drop-off options will be specified on the label. Here is an example for Colissimo:

   • From your mailbox: Submit a request before 8 a.m. at www.laposte.fr/retourbal.
   • At a post office: Drop off your package at a post office (maximum weight of 30kg).
   • At a Pickup point: Drop it off at a Pickup point (maximum weight of 20kg). Check the list of available drop-off points at www.laposte.fr/retour
     
     

4. Track your return:
   You can track the progress of your package at www.laposte.fr/suivi.
