🌍 Returning from a non-EU country?
Living outside the European Union and want to return a pair?
That’s totally possible, but the process is slightly different:
→ The return is at your expense, with no prepaid label.
→ The return address will be provided when you create your return request.
A few tips to avoid customs issues:
Indicate “e-commerce return” or “return for refund” on your customs declaration.
Declare the value of your purchase (e.g. €150).
- Ship the parcel DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) ; i.e., customs duties paid upfront by the sender.

2 weeks internationally
