Return label not received: What should you do ?Updated 17 hours ago

Trying to return your pair but haven’t received your return label?
 No worries — whether you forgot to fill out the form or the email got lost along the way, we’ll walk you through everything here.

📝 1. Did you fill out the return form ?

This is the first and essential step to start a return or exchange.
 👉 Access the return form

Here’s how to do it:

  • Enter your order number (without the hashtag) and your email address (the one used for your order)

  • Select your option: exchange or refund

  • Submit the form

You’ll automatically receive an email with your return label within a few minutes.


✉️ 2. You filled out the form but didn’t receive anything ?

Here are a few things to check:

  • Check your spam folder
     The email may have landed in your junk mail.

  • Verify the email address you entered
     A small typo can prevent the email from arriving…

  • Make sure the form was fully submitted
     If you closed the page too early, the process might not have launched.


🚫 2b. You no longer have access to your email address ?

No stress — we can update your info.

👉 Contact us at [email protected] and provide:

  • your first and last name

  • your order number

  • and your new email address

We’ll update your file and resend the return label right away 🏃‍♂️


📩 3. Still nothing ? We’ll handle it

Reach out to us directly — we’ll resend the label within 24 hours max.

Be sure to include your order number to speed things up.

Once you’ve received the label, you can drop off your parcel at a post office, a relay point, or a mailbox depending on the carrier.
