General Terms and Conditions

    Exchanges and returns are free of charge throughout Europe.
    You have 30 days after receiving your order to return it.

Return conditions

We only accept pairs in their original condition and packaging.
Exchanges and returns must be made from the same country in which your order was delivered. Example: if you bought your pair in France, you must return it from France.
Tip: Try your shoes indoors, taking a few steps to check the size and style.

Return procedure

Fill out the return form: Click here to access the return form.
    Receive your label:
 👉 For France and Europe: A prepaid label will be sent to you immediately.
 👉 Outside Europe: You will receive instructions for the return process.

Processing your request

After receiving and checking your package:
 👉 For an exchange: use the form to choose your new pair and place a new order. It will be dispatched as soon as you have submitted your return.
 👉 For a refund: We will refund your original payment method.

Important Details

👉 Promo codes: If you used a promo code on your initial order, you will keep it for your exchange at no extra cost.
👉 Processing times: Exchanges are generally processed within 7 to 10 days.
👉 Refund Terms: Refunds are made upon receipt of the return and will appear on your bank account within 3 to 10 days.

Processing time

The exchange or return process takes an average of 7 days from receipt of your package. Please contact us if you have any additional questions regarding our exchange and returns policy.
